Cancellation Policy

Reschedule and cancellation policy: A reschedule request must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment outside of that timeframe please contact Marie directly via text or call at 850.902.4241. I ask that you do not use any form of social media message or email for these requests. A reschedule or cancellation request outside of the 24 hour timeframe may result in a cancellation fee. The charge of this fee is up to the owner of this operation and circumstances will be taken into consideration. This policy also applies to the therapist. In the event you are asked to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the start of your session you will be offered 50% off the cost of your service. No call no show policy: First NCNS - If you are 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, with no communication via text or phone call, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full price of your session. There will be an attempt to contact the client via phone call, text and email before the card on file is charged. If the card on file is declined of payment an invoice will be sent in the amount owed for the missed appointment. You will not be able to reschedule or book another appointment until your balance is paid in full. Second NCNS: You will be required to pre-pay for your scheduled appointment. This payment is non-refundable. This policy also applies to the therapist. In the event your therapist is a no call no show to your appointment, your next scheduled appointment of the same value will be 100% waived of a service charge.
